It was a soy source-based ramen and the broth was from 100% domestic chicken in Japan. The taste was very light, so I recommend you to enjoy this ramen after drinking or for light lunch 🙂 The burnt leek* is one of the specifications of this ramen. It adds a little bitter taste on the soup like burnt rice on the edge of a paella plate. Lastly. for your reference, you can select the level of thickness of the soup from TANREI(thin) and NOUKOU(thick).
