The soup is based soy source made in “SHIBAMUNA SHOYU*” which is a famous soy source company established in 1688. It is rich but palatable and easy to eat with noodles.Although the surface is full of oil, it cannot be felt too greasy and smells refreshing taste like olive oil. This time, I tried soy-sauce based ramen, but next time I would like to try salt-based one! FYI, each of menu has Japanese jewelry names.
