A ramen restaurant produced by famous ramen critic Ishigami Hideyuki. An unusual style that collects delicious ramen from all over Japan and offers them for a limited time. When I visited, I was offered “Ginger Soy Sauce Ramen,” a local ramen from Niigata Prefecture. Although it is a soy sauce soup with a rather sweet taste, the bitter spinach has a good accent and ginger has made me warm quite a bit. It is really rare that Niigata ramen can be eaten in Tokyo, so please don’r miss it!
