It’s a famous local speciality ramen in KOCHI prefecture and called ‘YAKI-ramen’!
This ramen soup provides Soy source-based ramen with TORIGARA(chickin)I heard from the owener of this ramen shop that ‘YAKI-ramen’ has been loved by all of people live in this area over 20 years.
The characteristic of YAKI-ramen is that the ramen is served in the pod! It is a really rare culture in this area. As for this ramen shop, some pickled yellow radishes (called “TAKUAN”) are provided separately to you . By having them while eating ramen, you can refresh inside mouth and enjoy this simple ramen again and again!:)
The shop locates far from the center of KOCHI prefecuture but I recommend you to visit here. Let’s enjoy if you visit TOKUCHI!
