It’s a famous local speciality ramen in TOKUSHIMA and called ‘TOKUSHIMA-ramen’!!
This ramen soup is Soy source-based ramen with TONKOTSU(Pork)
The characteristic of the TOKUSHIMA-ramen is that the raw egg is provided separately to you. Then, you have to crack the egg by yourself and put it in the soup. After you eat the raw eggs while entwining them with the noodles, you will feel very happy as if you were eating hot pot such as SUKIYAKI.:)
