This restaurant opened before 1975. It has over 45-year history and staffs opened various famous ramen restaurants when graduating from here.
When buying a soy sauce ramen at a ticket vending machine and giving the ticket to staffs, you will be asked whether the soup is spicy(KARAME) or thin(USUME), and the noodles are normal(FUTSUU) or hard(KATAME). I asked the local friends who go to this store for a long time, and was recommended “KARAME” and “KATAME”. As for the taste, the taste of soy sauce is more intense than broth of dried small sardines. Memma (seasoned bamboo shoots) is also spicy, so it is recommended when you want to eat something salty.
