Rich soy sauce ramen. Flat noodles and menmas (seasoned bamboo shoots ) match the soup very well.
This restaurant has a nice atmosphere, as well as the taste of ramen. After you buy tickets at the ticket vending machine from the entrance, you can see that the interior of the store is completely dark and the indirect lighting is barely available. It feels like we came to an old Japanese house in the Edo period.
People who like Japanese literature may have noticed the name of the store, Kyoka. Machida, the owner of the restaurant, said that he put the mysterious atmosphere of the famous work “Seiji Takano” written by Izumi Kyoka on this shop and he is pursuing an ultimate ramen in fantasy
