This ramen restaurants’ owner is the person who have already opened several famous ramen restaurants like “Koike” and “Ishii”.
You can enjoy Japanese traditional soup with broth of chicken. It was very gentle to our body(Not so oily) and every topping fully express their own original taste. Especially, 2 kinds of wanton(shrimp and meat) are really delicious! I recommend shrimp because it is so chewy and juicy! It was like the one i ate in China where is famous for good dumplings. You should definitely eat!:)
